Shipping & payment conditions

Shipping is simple and fast.

There are few things more terrible than having to deal with a complicated shipping procedure. When you want to buy statues and action figures, if you order from abroad, you have to deal with complicated shipping methods. On top of the hassle of picking up your goods at the customs office, there are additional fees, such as customs clearance and import taxes. You will save yourself work and frustration if you buy your items from a reputable German online store. I will be happy to help you so you don't have to worry about shipping anymore.
 

Delivery time and shipping status

Your order will be shipped by DHL and Deutsche Post from Monday to Saturday, taking into account public holidays.

Delivery times

You can find the availability of the articles on the respective detail pages of the statues, figures, comics etc.
The time of availability depends on the release dates of the manufacturers and the respective transport times.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 1 - 2 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, I will send them in one shipment, unless I have agreed otherwise with you.

NOTE: Due to the current high volume of packages and increased Corona protection measures, there may be delays in delivery in some cases.
I ask for your patience in these cases.

Shipping costs to foreign countries are calculated by weight.
